宗旨 Objectives：

1. 通过提供资源、支持和教育机会，促进英国潮汕华人社区及更广泛公众的福祉与融合，鼓励个人成长、集体发展、社会包容性以及社区凝聚力。
   To promote the well-being and integration of the Teochew Chinese community and the wider public in the UK by providing access to resources, support, and educational opportunities that encourage personal growth, collective development, social inclusion, and community cohesion.
2. 为了公众利益，保护、推广并向公众宣传潮汕华人艺术、文化与传统，通过文化项目、活动、教育计划以及促进英国社会内的跨文化交流，增进公众对潮汕文化的了解。
   To preserve, promote and educate the public about Teochew Chinese arts, culture and traditions for the public benefit, through cultural programs, events, educational initiatives, and facilitating cross-cultural exchanges within UK society.
3. 通过提供创业、商业发展和就业机会方面的培训、技能提升和指导，增加潮汕华人社区的经济收入并促进教育，从而提高经济自给自足能力，并增强对公众的积极影响。
   To increase the economic income and advance education within the Teochew Chinese community by offering training, skills development and mentoring in entrepreneurship, business development and employment opportunities, thereby fostering economic self-sufficiency and enhancing public benefit.
